Easy Protein-Packed Oatmeal
  • Stir 1 scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Supreme Beef Protein into plain oats (we like sprouted oats!)
  • Stir until it is completely dissolved
  • Then add fruit like berries, raw nuts or seeds such as brazil nuts, cinnamon to taste, and optional raw honey

For additional calories and nutrition try adding any of the following to this: coconut oil, raw pumpkin, fruit, organic maple syrup, or dark chocolate
