Focus on behaviours
To achieve success, we all need to set goals. Clear and define goals are the key to achieve them. But even if you aim at the most precise goal, you won’t get near the target if you don’t change your behaviors.
Instead of writing down that you want to lose 50 pounds in 6 months, write down which habits you need to change to get there. You have way more control over your habits than over a given outcome.
Choose to weight train at least 45 minutes a day. Choose to eat more proteins and give up weekend cheats over fitting into a size 0 dress.
It’s all about what you set your mind to do now and over the next few days.
