Protein autumn smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk with vanilla
- 1 measure of ATP protein powder
- ¾ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree (homemade, or choose D.D Smith is a cane)
- ½ c. cinnamon
- Fresh ginger, ¼ inch stretch, peeled
- 1 pinch of cloves
- 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 C. hemp seeds
- 1 C. almond butter
- 1 C. natural liquid vanilla - optional
